  • Once FWA has been completed, “General Compliance” will become available for completion.

  • After the Final Exam has been completed for the “General Compliance” section, a green check mark will appear and “Certificate” on top will be accessible. Click “Certificate.”

  • The Aetna portal should prompt you to transmit your AHIP completion. Please complete this.

  • Capture a screenshot of the certificate which should look like the one in the screenshot below.
