• ESP trainings will be scheduled both in TeleOpti and in agents' calendars as a Google Meet.

• Enter your name as listed in ADP when logging into the Meet.

• Agents are expected to join the Meet on time and stay logged into the Meet in during the entire course of ESP Training time.

  • When agents participate in call certifications, they will need to join a second Google Meet but should remain in the first Meet .

  You may mute the audio of the Meet if there is chatter unrelated to your own progress, especially when you login to a second Meet to do your role plays - remember to also mute your mic or

  • which should be muted, otherwise everyone will hear

  your role play discussion

  • you during your Call Certification.

• Be respectful by minimizing unnecessary noise and chatter which may be distracting to others.
