Plan documents from the current year are immediately available at the link above. You must select the state and business line from the drop-down box.

For the Anthem site, you will want to choose your state first. Then click the Individual & Family tab. Then click Health Insurance. Scroll down and enter the zip code and click shop plans. You should find plan documents. *you can repeat this process for other types of insurance, such as: Ancillary, Medicare, Medicare Supplement, and Group.

You can chose plan documents from three categories: STM 1-12 months, STM up to 3 years, or Indemnity policies. The trick is to see all three you have to scroll to just the right place, see picture below….
