Process and Policy
PTO should be requested as far in advance as possible to allow WFM to process each request, but should not be requested more than 30 days in advance.
At a minimum, PTO requests must be requested at least 2 full work days in advance to allow WFM time to process on short notice.
If agents request PTO less than 2 full work days in advance then the PTO may still be approved upon request, but attendance points will apply. The agent must request through the same process of entering into ADP.
For example, if an agent calls out sick on the same day, the agent may still enter a PTO request in ADP.
This does not apply to NCNS’s. If an agent NCNS’s, the agent may not request PTO for this day.
If requesting on short notice, please be advised that WFM may not approve your request on time, in which case you should ensure you have sufficient hours so that the request may retroactively be approved when WFM eventually processes the request.
Agents are expected to check the status of PTO requests to ensure WFM has approved. If WFM has not approved and the PTO date is approaching, ask your sup to notify WFM that the date is approaching and the request needs to be reviewed.
WFM should never be contacted directly by agents, with the exception of calling the attendance line. If there are concerns with PTO requests or anything else, please address those to with your supervisor who may notify WFM as appropriateif needed.
