Keep on pace with the rest of the group. However, if you are comfortable moving ahead of the group to finish ahead of schedule then this is even better.
Download all of the modules as you go through the course. Don’t worry about memorizing everything or taking detailed notes. To download the modules, there is a box that says “Download Slides”
Move through the modules quickly and pay close attention to the practice quizzes for each module. You may download them as well.
To download the quizzes, after you take them, click on the 3 dots in the top right of your Chrome Browser
How to save as PDF:
Select “Print” from the drop down menu.
Choose “Save as PDF” from the list of printers in the Destination Dialog Box.
Click "Save" in the bottom right corner of the pop-up box.
Click “OK” and enter a new file name for your PDF. Save to your desired location.
Use Ctrl+F to find answers for the practice Q’s.
Most of the Q’s on the final exam are exactly the same as the Q’s on the practice quizzes.

Once FWA has been completed, “General Compliance” will become available for completion.
After the Final Exam has been completed for the “General Compliance” section, a green check mark will appear and “Certificate” on top will be accessible. Click “Certificate.”

Email your proof to the Workshop Lead and cc your TL. The Workshop Lead your supervisor who will be responsible to upload your certificate into a Cert Completion Tracker used to track which agents have completed which certs.
Keep track of the cert proof emails you send just in case anyone loses track of your proof to ensure you can prove that you followed the correct process. To do this, follow the steps in the dropdown below
