Failed Exam Attempts
This policy only applies to exams that will impact your ability to be appointed. It does not apply to “practice” quizzes.
The first failed attempt may result in a Verbal Coaching.
The second failed attempt may result in a Written CAP.
The third failed attempt may result in a Final CAP. This will also result in the agent’s inability to become appointed which will result in termination of employment.
