Provider websites (Most doctors will have a website, and some of them even list the insurance plans they accept!)

Humana - Select Medicare or Medicaid - Careplus

Anthem - Must select guest to find doctors.

Aetna - Must specify zip code and plan.

WellCare - Specify plan, and Medicare.

HealthNet - Centene/Wellcare

UHC JARVIS - Select zip code- UHC
