The ESP Tracking sheet will be shared with editing permissions with multiple teams including:

  • Licensing Team

  • Call Cert Team

  • ESP Manager

  • Licensing Team

  • Onboarding Team

  • TBT SME

  • Training Team

Each team should know which respective sections to edit and adhere to some basic shared sheet etiquette guidelinesshould use Sheet View. Please watch the following short video on how to use Sheet View to ensure we are not no one is accidentally messing up the sheet for others' views:

NLEs

If an agent becomes NLE, the ESP manager will update them accordingly. The ESP manager is responsible to pull an ADP NLE report each day to make these updates. This should not be updated until ADP confirms the NLE.

Moving to Another Role

If an agent moves to another role, the Status column should be updated accordingly (ie if an agent moves to a TL role, etc).

Moving Classes

If an agent moves to another class, they should be moved accordingly in the tracking sheet with their training start date updated.

Attendance Tracking

Each team should ensure agent’s attendance is updated in the the tracking sheet according to the following keywith one of the options listed below. Remember to add comments to , as needed, for additional context when marking agents absent, MIA, etc. Watch the following video to learn how this is done:
