Once FWA has been completed, “General Compliance” will become available for completion.
After the Final Exam has been completed for the “General Compliance” section, a green check mark will appear and “Certificate” on top will be accessible. Click “Certificate.”
The Aetna portal should prompt you to transmit your AHIP completion. Please complete this.
Capture a screenshot of the certificate which should look like the one in the screenshot below.

Email your proof to the Workshop Lead and cc your TL. The Workshop Lead will be responsible to upload your certificate into a Cert Completion Tracker used to track which agents have completed which certs.
