We have recently migrated from G-Suite to Microsoft applications. However, we still have Google applications available for use and for the purposes of ESP training, we will utilize Google Meet.
ESP trainings will be scheduled both in TeleOpti and in agents' calendars as a Google Meet.
Enter your name as listed in ADP when logging into the Meet.
Agents are expected to join the Meet on time and stay logged into the Meet during the entire course of ESP Training time.
When agents participate in call certifications, they will need to join a second Google Meet but should remain in the first Meet.
You may mute the audio of the Meet if there is chatter unrelated to your own progress, especially when you login to a second Meet to do your role plays - remember to also mute your mic or everyone will hear your role play discussion.
Be respectful by minimizing unnecessary noise and chatter which may be distracting to others.
