Training Process
The best way to understand the purpose for the 2-Day Post and Approved Outbound campaigns is as follows:
2-Day Post:
-calling those who recently enrolled into new plan (hence the title of the campaign)
-call with intent to verify their PCP (confirm network compatibility with existing doctor/find new doctor altogether)
-ensure plan questions are answered
-reiterate the timeline for the arrival of their Welcome Kit and new cards (usually around 10-14 days)
Approved OB:
-calling those whose policies have been approved and are (in most cases) already in effect
-making sure they don't have any questions or concerns regarding their coverage/doctors
(you might say something to the effect of "I just wanted to check in and see how everything is going with your new policy and to answer any questions you might have")
-if you see in the notes that their PCP has been confirmed by someone on 2-Day, don't sweat it
-if you do NOT see any indication that their PCP has been confirmed, treat it like a 2-Day call and go through the process of getting their doctors squared away.
Hopefully this clears the air and provides a bit more insight for you guys. As always, if you have questions, let us know.
