We have recently migrated from G-Suite to Microsoft applications. However, we still have Google applications available for use and for the purposes of ESP training, we will utilize Google Meet.
ESP trainings will be scheduled both in TeleOpti and in agents' calendars as a Google Meet.
Enter your name as listed in ADP when logging into the Meet.
Agents are expected to join the Meet on time and stay logged in during the entire course of ESP Training.
When agents participate in call certifications, they will need to join a second Google Meet but should remain in the first Meet which should be muted, otherwise everyone will hear you during your Call Certification.
Be respectful by minimizing unnecessary noise and chatter which may be distracting to others.
