STOP! BEFORE CONTINUING TO TECH CHAT FOLLOW THESE STEPS!

Always reach out to your supervisor BEFORE doing a Tech Chat.

  1. Open the web browser on your device and enter public-itchat.cxpxe.net.

  2. Fill in the form using the host number on the outside of your computer tower.

3. In the drop down select Assurance RET

4. This will connect you with your supervisor to help trouble shoot the issue. If your supervisor is unable to resolve you will be transferred to our internal tech department.

If these steps are not followed, the tech team will not help you with your issue. Please follow the outlined instructions.
