If you have issues come up, try these steps………….
After completing test call, close the browser, without logging out.
Reopen the browser and the echo should be gone. Do a second test call to confirm.
If you are getting glitches, errors, or time lags please take screenshots of each item as possible. Then, go offline, logout completely at the top right of your screen.
Log back in and go online. If the glitches continue, continue to take screenshots and contact your TL
