If you have issues come up, try these steps………….

  • After completing test call, close the browser, without logging out.

  • Reopen the browser and the echo should be gone. Do a second test call to confirm.

  • If you are getting glitches, errors, or time lags please take screenshots of each item as possible. Then, go offline, logout completely at the top right of your screen.

  • Log back in and go online. If the glitches continue, continue to take screenshots and contact your TL
