Withdrawn Application Text Campaign
Â
Â
Our Beneficiaries will be receiving text messages if they withdrew their application. If they call inbound you will complete a short survey with them on why they withdrew the app.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SELL THE MEMBER UNLESS THEY SPECFICALLY ASK YOU TO.
This is not a sales campaign, this is an information campaign.
If they ask you to re-enroll them you may do so.
Below is the link to the plate itself. You can click through to familiarize yourself with the process.
Â
If you get a call that does not automatically populate the information, you will need to put the correct visitor ID in the highlighted area below.
Â
As always leave good notes in CCE!

What do the different application statuses mean- |
Withdrawn Duplicate Submission-Â Â |
The shopper has enrolled in the same plan for the new year that they had for the previous year. You will need to enroll a shopper in a plan with a different carrier.  |

The BFC has more than one application with the same carrier. Enroll BFC in a new plan with a different carrier.  |
Withdrawn Voluntary-Â Â |
BFC voluntarily withdrew the application. You can enroll the BFC in any plan with any carrier.  |
Withdrawn Closed-Â |
The application has been closed due to inaction. You will have to call to confirm with the shopper what coverage they want and enroll them.   |
Requires Manual Intervention-Â |
There is an open issue with the application. You will need to call the shopper and transfer to the carrier to resolve the issue.  |

Pending Incomplete application- |
The application was submitted with missing information. Call the BFC and get them to the carrier to complete the application |
