  • There is an inherent risk: We each have the potential of accidentally messing up data on a shared sheet which muddies things for the entire team.

  • Therefore, it is very important we each understand how to handle shared sheets with care and accuracy to ensure we do not mess up everyone’s views or data.

  • Watch This Video which explains how to created and save a specific view useful for yourself without messing up the view of other users.

Even if you create/use a view specific to yourself and your team, you can still accidentally sort or altering data in a way which impacts everyone. Therefore, we must each be very careful to use shared sheets carefully.
