Troubleshooting - Please refer back to this troubleshooting section if you encounter any issues.
If there are multiple applications available, cancel all applications other than the most recent.
If you receive a red error that starts with “Database error, please try again later…” after submitting the Producer World application, try the following:
Clearing cache and cookies
Using incognito
Using another browser (if this is an option)
If there is an error prompting to call an 800 number, dial the number and request assistance.
If there is an error saying your name does not match the request in NIPR, notify your TL who should notify the licensing team to send a new request utilizing your name as shown in NIPR.
Agents must register with Producer World as one of the mandatory steps toward becoming RTS. There are 2 methods 2 login:
Using the email link
Using a universal link
How to Login Using the Email Link
Agents should receive an email which looks like the following:
Click the link in the above email.
Click “Logon”
Enter you username and password and select “Login”
Select “Continue”
Click the blue “Individual Invitation” link circled below.
How to register with Producer World using a universal link rather than the email link
Click Here to navigate to producer world via the universal link.
Enter your username, password, and select “Login”
Select “Individual Medicare”
Click the dropdown and select “Contracting (continue to onboard/complete your case)
Select “Continue” for the most recent case (the case listed at the top)
Click the blue hyper-link
If you receive a error screen that your name does not match, you must notify the ESP TL immediately. Please notify the ESP TL the exact spelling of your name as listed in NIPR.
How to Complete Registration
Regardless of which login method above was used, follow the steps below to complete registration.
On the Producer Demographics screen, verify:
First Name
Middle Name
Last Name
DOB
NPN
Next, click “Licenses”
It is important to click the “Submit” button which the red arrow is pointing to in the screenshot below. Clicking the “Quick Save” button will create problems.
The following steps regarding the “Transfer” tab do not apply to all agents. If you show a “Transfer” tab, click on “Transfer.” Next, click the blue “Notice of Intent - Transfer Release Form”
On the next screen:
Check the “Agent Only” box
Enter “Connexion Point LLC” for the name of the upline
Enter your name in the “Individual agent” field
Enter “Connexion Point LLC” in the “Agency name” field
Enter your NPN in the “National Producer Number” field
Enter today’s date in the “Signature and Date” field
Click the download button in the upper-right corner
When downloading, select “With your changes”
You have now downloaded the file to your “Downloads” folder.
Next, you must upload the file by clicking the up-arrow next to the blue X:
Locate the downloaded file in the “Downloads” folder and double-click
You should now:
See that the file has been uploaded
Click the “Submit” button
Click “Yes” you are sure that you want to submit your case
You should now show that you are on step 3 “Certification Verification.”
Once you have completed AHIP and the Aetna Certification, you will automatically move to step 4.
The remaining steps beginning with step 4 should be handled by Aetna automatically for you.
