Failed cert exam attempt results in increased cert time which may result in failure to meet time limit expectations. Below are the processes to follow for failed attempts:
For any failed Attempt:
The agent should immediately email their TL and cc the Workshop TL that the first attempt was failed.
One of the TLs should immediately complete the Failed Cert Exam Google Form and follow the steps outlined in the form.
First Failed Attempt:
The agent’s TL is responsible to coach the agent before the agent’s next certification session scheduled by WFM
Second Failed Attempt:
If you live within the vicinity of an office, you will be required to drive to the office to be proctored for the 3rd and final attempt. Remote agents will be proctored via online meetings.
Third Failed Attempt:
Failing a cert 3 times will result in their inability to sell for the carrier this year which may result in termination of employment.
