Enter your last name, DOB, and Last 4 of SSN. Click “Submit”.

- First and Last Name exactly as it appears on your license.
- Company Name must be: Connexion Point, LLC
- Job Title must be: Licensed Agent

All returning users will need to reset their password this year.

Note

If you have an email listed under your AHIP account that you do not have access to, call this number to change your email listed under your AHIP account:

If you have not yet reset your password, select “Forgot your Password”
You will receive this email. Your link will be slightly different as they are individualized.
Click the link in the email and select “Redeem the Passkey”
Enter your N# in the field.

Warning
Do not enter your NPN.

Select “Continue To Producer Registration”

You will be prompted to change your password. Create a new password using the rules provided.
- At least 12 characters
- Must include at least 1 digit
- Must include at least 1 uppercase letter
- Must include at least 1 lowercase letter
- It is recommended to include 1 special character (!, @, #, $, etc)
- Make sure the passwords match.
Write down your password somewhere safe and select “Save Changes.”
You will see that your password has been changed. Click “Continue.”
At the login screen, login using your credentials.
