Log into Citrix, go to access.aetna.com. Your user name is your N#, you should have reset your password in training and will use that same password here.

The SecureToken is the token number off the authenticator app that you downloaded on your phone.

  • You will be prompted to change your password. Create a new password using the rules provided.

    • At least 12 characters

    • Must include at least 1 digit

    • Must include at least 1 uppercase letter

    • Must include at least 1 lowercase letter

    • It is recommended to include 1 special character (!, @, #, $, etc)

    • Make sure the passwords match.

  • Write down your password somewhere safe and select “Save Changes.”

  • Begin completing the modules.

  • Keep on pace with the rest of the group. However, if you are comfortable moving ahead of the group to finish ahead of schedule then this is even better.

  • Don’t about memorizing everything or taking detailed notes.

  • Move through the modules quickly and pay close attention to the practice quizzes for each module.

  • Use Ctrl+F to find answers for the practice Q’s.

  • Most of the Q’s on the final exam are exactly the same as the Q’s on the practice quizzes.

Important Tip

  • 98% of the questions/answers from the practice quizzes are exactly the same on the final exam.

  • Capture screenshots of each correct answer from the practice quizzes.

  • Since there are 4 possible answers per question, you’ll only need to run through each quiz 3 times to know all correct answers using the process of elimination.

  • Following this process will guarantee passing the final exam on your first attempt.

  • Once the modules are completed, the final exam should be accessible

  • Remember, you You have 3 attempts to pass the final exam with 90% or better.

If you fail your first attempt on the Final Exam, it is mandatory to immediately notify the Workshop Leademail slc.licensing@connexionpoint.com and cc your TL. Do not proceed with another attempt until you have received the green-light.

Warning

If you fail your second attempt, you should again notify the Workshop Lead who should notify your direct TL and PMemail slc.licensing@connexionpoint.com and cc your TL. You will be subject to a Written Final CAP and should not proceed with the third attempt until given permission by your PM who should proctor this attempt.

Warning

If you fail your third attempt then you will be disqualified to sell and this which will likely result in termination of employment.
