It may take time to boot computer and login to Five9/VM Ware. Therefore, it is a best practice to login early to ensure you are able to toggle to Ready status at your scheduled start time. If you toggle Ready 5 or more minutes late then you’ll be marked tardy. The only way for this to be excused is to have captured a screenshot with a timestamp showing you were at your computer trying to login prior to your scheduled start time.
