Note

If you have an email listed under your AHIP account that you do not have access to, call this number to change your email listed under your AHIP account:

  • If you have not yet reset your password, select “Forgot your Password”

  • After resetting, the system will log you into the normal AHIP link. You need to log back out and Click Here again to login to the Assurance-specific AHIP link. Otherwise, you will run into the payment issue.

  • At the login screen, login using your credentials.

  • You have now navigated to the AHIP site. 

  • On the right-side of the page, you should see that there is no charge for your AHIP. If there is, either a step was missed or there is another issue.

WARNING: If it is charging you for anything greater than $0, you must stop immediately and notify a supervisor. DO NOT pay for your AHIP. You , you will not be reimbursed. The most likely cause is after resetting your password, AHIP logs you into the generic AHIP link. You must log back out and Click Here to login to the Assurance-specific AHIP link. Notify a supervisor if you still have the payment issue.

 

  • Select “Checkout” if the Grand Total is $0
