Failure to complete within 12 hours may result in a Written CAP.

Failure to complete within 20 hours may result in Termination of Employment.

Instructions
Click Here to navigate to the Login Page for the Assurance Campaign (open in a new tab).
At the login screen, login using your credentials.
You have now navigated to the AHIP site.
On the right-side of the page, you should see that there is no charge for your AHIP. If there is, either a step was missed or there is another issue.
WARNING: If it is charging you for anything greater than $0, you must stop immediately. DO NOT pay for your AHIP, you will not be reimbursed. The most likely cause is after resetting your password, AHIP logs you into the generic AHIP link. You must log back out and Click Here to login to the Assurance-specific AHIP link. Notify a supervisor if you still have the payment issue.
Select “Checkout” if the Grand Total is $0
Click “2022 AHIP Medicare Training (Recertification)”
Verify the total is still $0 then click “Go To My Courses”
Click on “2023 AHIP Medicare Training (Recertification)”
Begin completing the modules.
Download all of the modules as you go through the course. Don’t worry about memorizing everything or taking detailed notes. To download the modules, there is a box that says “Download Slides”
Move through the modules quickly and pay attention to the practice quizzes for each module. You may download them as well.
To download the quizzes, after you take them, click on the 3 dots in the top right of your Chrome Browser
How to save as PDF:
Select “Print” from the drop down menu.
Choose “Save as PDF” from the list of printers in the Destination Dialog Box.
Click "Save" in the bottom right corner of the pop-up box.
Click “OK” and enter a new file name for your PDF. Save to your desired location.
Use Ctrl+F to find answers for the practice Q’s.
Most of the Q’s on the final exam are exactly the same as the Q’s on the practice quizzes.
Once the modules are completed, the final exam should be accessible
Remember, you have 3 attempts to pass the final exam with 90% or better.
If you fail your first attempt on the Final Exam, it is mandatory to immediately notify a supervisor.
Once completed, you will be prompted to start FWA (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse)
Begin with “Nondiscrimination Training” and then “Medicare Fraud, Waste, and Abuse”
Once FWA has been completed, “General Compliance” will become available for completion.
After the Final Exam has been completed for the “General Compliance” section, a green check mark will appear and “Certificate” on top will be accessible. Click “Certificate.”
Capture a screenshot of the certificate which should look like the one in the screenshot below.
Paste it to a Word Document.
Follow the steps in the dropdown below if you have not yet created a folder to store your cert proofs.
Save the Word Document to your Cert Completion Proofs folder so that you may locate it in the future if needed. First, select “File” in the upper-left corner of Word.
Follow the steps in the dropdown below to save to your Cert Completion Proofs folder
Email your proof to your supervisor who will be responsible to upload your certificate into a Cert Completion Tracker used to track which agents have completed which certs.
Keep track of the cert proof emails you send just in case anyone loses track of your proof to ensure you can prove that you followed the correct process. To do this, follow the steps in the dropdown below
