Begin completing the modules.
Keep on pace with the rest of the group. However, if you are comfortable moving ahead of the group to finish ahead of schedule then this is even better.
Don’t about memorizing everything or taking detailed notes.
Move through the modules quickly and pay close attention to the practice quizzes for each module.
Use Ctrl+F to find answers for the practice Q’s.
Most of the Q’s on the final exam are exactly the same as the Q’s on the practice quizzes.
Once the modules are completed, the final exam should be accessible
Remember, you have 3 attempts to pass the final exam with 90% or better.
If you fail an attempt on the Final Exam, it is mandatory to immediately notify the Workshop Lead.
Once completed, you will be prompted to start FWA (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse)
Begin with “Nondiscrimination Training” and then “Medicare Fraud, Waste, and Abuse”
Once FWA has been completed, “General Compliance” will become available for completion.
After the Final Exam has been completed for the “General Compliance” section, a green check mark will appear and “Certificate” on top will be accessible. Click “Certificate.”
Capture a screenshot of the certificate which should look like the one in the screenshot below.
Paste it to a Word Document.
Follow the steps in the dropdown below if you have not yet created a folder to store your cert proofs.
Save the Word Document to your Cert Completion Proofs folder so that you may locate it in the future if needed. First, select “File” in the upper-left corner of Word.
Follow the steps in the dropdown below to save to your Cert Completion Proofs folder
Email your proof to the Workshop Lead and cc your TL. The Workshop Lead will be responsible to upload your certificate into a Cert Completion Tracker used to track which agents have completed which certs.
Keep track of the cert proof emails you send just in case anyone loses track of your proof to ensure you can prove that you followed the correct process. To do this, follow the steps in the dropdown below
Congratulations, you have finished AHIP!
