The primary goal is to enroll over the phone. If a shopper calls requesting to be scheduled then first try to engage in a conversation. Follow the instructions below if the shopper is adamant they only want to be scheduled.

In-Home Appointments

For callers requesting an in-home appointment, fill out the Call Tracking Form. Select the In-Home Appointment disposition which will prompt you to enter their email and address.

Webinars and Seminars

  1. Click Here to sign a caller up for a webinar or seminar.

  2. This link lists all of the upcoming webinars and seminars. Notice the word “Webinar” is never used. Instead, these are listed as “Virtual Seminars.”

  3. If a caller states they are interested in a Webinar or Virtual Seminar, scroll down the list to locate a virtual seminar. Click the “RSVP Now” button shown in the screenshot above. Next click the “Going” button shown in the screenshot below:


  4. Enter the caller’s name, email, number of guests, and click finish.

  5. For in-person seminars, ask if they have a particular one in mind. If not, scroll through to tell them the options until they select one and sign them up via the same process outlined above. Some events don’t have an RSVP button in which case you may just tell them when and where it is.

  6. Remember to disposition as Webinar or Seminar
