  • Agents will be paid $50 per qualified enrollment during AEP!

    • Dec: Nov 20-Dec 10

KPI Requirements

QA

  • For full payout, agents must have a Pass Rate of at least 85% from Oct 15-Dec 7.

  • If an agent has a Pass Rate under 85%, the agent’s bonus will be prorated according to the Pass Rate.

  • For example, if an agent passed 4/7 calls, this is a Pass Rate of 57%. Therefore, the agent would qualify for 57% payout.

Attendance

  • An agent must have 1.5 points or less each calendar month to qualify for payout.

  • For October - agents must stay under 2 points from Oct 18-31 for full payout.

  • For November and December time periods - agents must stay under 2 points from Nov 1-30 for full payout. Agents must stay under 3 points for 50% payout. 3 or more points will result in 0% payout .For December - agents must stay under 2 points from Dec 1-7 for full payoutfor each respective time period.

Minimum Hours Worked

  • Agents must work have at least 36 hours logged in ADP per week on average per calendar month monthly time period for full payoutpayout.

  • Agents do not accrue attendance points for approved time off. However, approved time off does count against the 36 hours logged expectation.

  • For example, if you use 8 hours per week on average using PTO or HR excused absences, you will not accrue points but you will fall short of the 36 hour threshold and will not qualify for incentives for the respective monthly time period.

Utilization

  • 100% payout will be awarded for 90% Utilization per calendar monthmonthly time period.

  • 50% payout will be awarded for 85% Utilization per calendar monthmonthly time period.

  • No payout will be awarded for under 85% Utilization per calendar monthmonthly time period.
