Overview
Agents will be paid $50 per qualified enrollment during AEP!
Only apps which effectuate on Jan 1 will qualify.
Incentive awards paid on applications that disenroll by March 30, 2023 (Rapid Disenrollments) will be recouped against future incentie awards paid to that agent.
Agents may receive payment in January but no later than Feb 20.
Agents must be employed by cXp on Dec 31, 2022. Agents no longer employed due to a reduction in force will remain eligible.
KPI Requirements
QA
For full payout, agents must have a Pass Rate of at least 85% from Oct 15-Dec 7.
If an agent has a Pass Rate under 85%, the agent’s bonus will be prorated according to the Pass Rate.
For example, if an agent passed 4/7 calls, this is a Pass Rate of 57%. Therefore, the agent would qualify for 57% payout.
Attendance
An agent must have 1.5 points or less each calendar month to qualify for payout.
For October - agents must stay under 2 points from Oct 18-31 for full payout.
For November - agents must stay under 2 points from Nov 1-30 for full payout. Agents must stay under 3 points for 50% payout. 3 or more points will result in 0% payout.
For December - agents must stay under 2 points from Dec 1-7 for full payout.
Minimum Hours Worked
Agents must work at least 36 hours per week on average per calendar month for full payout.
Utilization
100% payout will be awarded for 90% Utilization per calendar month.
50% payout will be awarded for 85% Utilization per calendar month.
No payout will be awarded for under 85% Utilization per calendar month.
