Step 1 : At the bottom of your Five9 Screen you will see an option to add a translator to your call. This tool will automatically conference your call with the beneficiary and the translation service operator.

Step 2: When prompted, please enter the pin code “5-0-2-4” into your keypad inside of the softphone.

Step 3: State the Language you need to complete your call.

*The translator will drop from the call when you have finished.
