We want to ideally get a hold of these customers when calling back because leaving a message may result in them calling and not reaching a licensed agent again. Try 3 times. On the 3rd attempt, leave the following message:
“Hi, this is [agent], a licensed healthcare agent calling from Eternal Health returning a call for [customer name]. [customer name] called on [date] requesting to speak with a licensed healthcare agent. I’m sorry we missed you your call on [date]. Please give us a try back at 1-800-840-5431 (TTY: 711). Our hours are from 8:00 a.m.-8:00pm every day but you may want to try during the earlier or later hours to ensure a licensed agent is available to take your call. Thank you, have a great day!”
