How to Transfer to Member Services
Click on the End/Transfer button in the bottom left
Click on Transfer:
If transferring to member services, select “Yes”
Answer the language line, TTY questions and enter any call notes
Select Eternal Health Member Services
The transfer will start automatically once the above button is clicked regardless of the fact that you do not here hold music
Use the indicated buttons to successfully transfer the caller.
