Main Benefit Features: 

• Connect America will provide eligible members a Personal Emergency Response System (PERS) and 24/7 Response Center. 

• PERS device will come with GPS technology and charging cradle 

• Fall detection services are also available for no additional cost at the request of member.  

• Member and caregiver phone app.  

Accessing the Benefit:  

• Connect America will create a member record and ship an activated PERS device to the member’s provided address. 

• Connect America staff available to assist with installation and technical support over the phone.
