Attendance Policy

General Guidelines

  • Attendance is closely monitored and tracked.

  • Agents are required to adhere to the schedule in TeleOpti as closely as possible when taking breaks and lunches.

  • Tardy (0.5 Occurrence points) = Joining the Google Meet 10+ minutes after the scheduled start time.

  • Leaving Early (0.5 Occurrence points) = Leaving the Google Meet 10+ minutes before the scheduled end time.

  • Unexcused Absence (1 Occurrence point) = Working less than 4 hours without being excused by Workforce or HR.

  • NCNS (No Call No Show) (2 Occurrence points) = Not showing up for work combined with failure to notify Workforce of your absence.

 

Accountability

Attendance is monitored on a 90-day rolling calendar. Human Resources can approve or excuse tardy or unexcused absences at the companies’ discretion.  

The attendance disciplinary procedure is as follows: 

  • 1-3 occurrences: Verbal Communication 

  • 4 occurrences or 1 NCNS: Written Corrective Action Plan 

  • 5 occurrences or 2 NCNS: Final Warning with Probation Terms 

  • 6 occurrences or 3 NCNS: Termination

Agents may call the Attendance line at 844 538 8700 to report attendance occurrences.
