XE Learn Trainings

For any agents who are unable to finish all ESP tasks for reasons beyond their control and have some downtime, please complete these extra activities to better help prepare for the agent role.

XE Learn

• Login to XE Learn by Clicking Here.

• Login: cxp ID

• Password: training

• Select “Aetna”

• Select “Production 2021”

  Open

  

• Select “2021 Trainings”

• Start at the top and work your way down through all assignments listed in the 2021 Trainings section.

• As you complete each assignment, a checkmark should populate to indicate completion of the assignment.

• However, the checkmark may sometimes take a few minutes to populate and sometimes it does not populate all.

• If some checkmarks do not show up, that is ok as long as the quiz is checkmarked. For example, below the checkmark would not populate for the “Practice” but it did populate upon completion of the quiz.
